MAYA RAINES

My name is Maya Raines. I grew up in San Francisco, and I'm currently living in Los Angeles.

I have been acting professionally since I was nine years old. ​ Most notably, I have been in the films Chasing Mavericks, About Cherry, and Metamorphosis: Junior Year. I have also worked in professional theater productions in the San Francisco area for companies including Broadway by the Bay and SF Playhouse. ​

I have trained with Michael Woolson, Jonathan Sacramone, Larry Moss, John D'Aquino, Galadriel Stineman and Bob Corff. I currently work closely with the renowned director Peter Bogdanovich.
